This website is operated by the respective content creator ("the Operator"). The website is built and maintained by Takyo ("the Developer"). For any data-related inquiries, contact the Developer at support@takyo.app — your request will be handled or forwarded to the Operator as needed.

2. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Discord, we collect your Discord user ID, username, and avatar as provided by Discord's OAuth2 API. We do not request or store your email address. We also store any platform accounts you voluntarily link (such as CSGORoll ID, CSGOBig ID, or Kick username). Leaderboard data (wagered amounts, deposit statistics) is fetched from third-party platforms and cached temporarily — this data is associated with your linked platform IDs, not your Discord identity.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Enter you into giveaways and determine winners
  • Prevent fraud and enforce anti-bot protection measures
  • Display leaderboard rankings (usernames may be partially masked)
  • Show your personal deposit and wagering statistics on your profile (visible only to you)

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on: (a) your consent when you sign in and link accounts; (b) legitimate interest in preventing fraud and maintaining platform integrity; and (c) contractual necessity to provide the services you requested (giveaway participation, leaderboard tracking).

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase (cloud infrastructure). The website is hosted on Vercel. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

  • Discord — Authentication (OAuth2, identify scope only — no email access)
  • CSGORoll & CSGOBig — Leaderboard and deposit data via their affiliate/partner APIs
  • Kick.com — Optional stream-based giveaway participation
  • Supabase — Database hosting
  • Vercel — Website hosting

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Each third-party service is subject to its own privacy policy.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies strictly for authentication purposes. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used.

8. Browser Extension (CSGORoll XP Checker)

We offer an optional Chrome extension that checks your XP balance on CSGORoll to determine promo code eligibility. The extension communicates only between this website and your open CSGORoll tab. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, browsing history, or credentials. The extension requires the "tabs" permission solely to locate an open CSGORoll tab — it does not read or record any other tab information.

9. Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion — Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent — Unlink accounts or delete your account at any time

10. Age Requirement

This Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
